The Algerian Interior Ministry reveals developments in forest fires. The Algerian Ministry of Interior announced earlier that 6 deaths had been recorded since the start of the wave of fires sweeping several regions in Algeria.
Algerian Interior Minister Said Saioud said on Thursday that “all the fires that were posing a danger to residents and property have been controlled, and only some limited spots remain” which intervention teams continue to extinguish.
